[August 30, 2023] SISA2023 workshop has been moved online.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the change to an online format, we regret to inform you that we cannot refund the participation fee you have already registered. We kindly ask for your understanding on this matter.
Notice:
- At least one author from each submitted paper is required to complete a paid registration. The categories for paid registration are: ‘Regular (Onsite, Japan resident)’, ‘Regular (Onsite, Non-Japan resident)’, ‘Regular (Online, Japan/Non-Japan resident)’, ‘Student (Onsite, Japan/Non-Japan resident)’, and ‘Student (Online, Author)’.
- Co-authors participating in the symposium are also required to complete a paid registration, except for students participating online.
- Student presenters are required to register under either the ‘Student (Onsite, Japan/Non-Japan resident)’ or ‘Student (Online, Author)’ category.
- Students attending onsite are required to register under the ‘Student (Onsite, Japan/Non-Japan resident)’ category.
- The Author registration deadline is July 28, 2023
- The non-author registration deadline is Aug 24, 2023
- The price includes tax.
- Banquet is not included.
For Special Session Presenters:
- A single paid registration can cover multiple presentations given by the same presenter.
- The author registration deadline for the special session is August 17, 2023.

- Presenters and co-authors, please ensure to enter your submission ID during registration.
- You are allowed to make payments with a credit card bearing a different name from the participant.
- If necessary, you can carry out multiple registrations and consolidate the payments.
- Receipts will only be issued for PAID registrations.
- If separate receipts are required for each accompanying person, please register each accompanying person individually.
- If you mistakenly register under the wrong participation category or need to cancel your registration, a refund handling fee of 6% of the registration fee (for instance, 1,560 JPY for a 26,000 JPY fee) will be charged. Please pay close attention when selecting your registration category. If you have any questions or uncertainties, do not hesitate to contact us.
