All participants are required to register via the registration form.

If you attend on Dec. 5th, 2024, you need to pay the Registration Fee for IEICE Workshop/Conference: Smart Info-Media Systems (SIS).

If you attend on only Dec. 6th, you do not need the Registration Fee.

The author registration deadline is Nov. 8, 2024.
The non-author registration deadline is Nov. 25, 2024.

Banquet Information:

• Date: Thursday, December 5th, 2024
• Time: 18:00–20:00
• Venue: Building Z, 2nd Floor, Neyagawa Campus, Osaka Electro-Communication University
• Fee: 3,000 JPY
• Payment: Please pay on the day of the event at the venue.
